As a Dallas/Fort Worth native, I have deep roots in the DFW community. My journey began with nine years of service in Tarrant County Government Offices before transitioning to being a stay-at-home mom, focusing on my two children. However, my passion for real estate never faded. In 2007, I earned my license and embarked on a fulfilling career, helping clients navigate the home buying and selling process with expertise, integrity, and dedication.
With over 18 years of experience, I have built a reputation for going above and beyond for my clients. Erin Henry
TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
Erin comes to the Teresa Hill Team as a jack of all trades. In 2003 Erin worked with financial institutions throughout DFW in collateral collections. In 2012 she decided to assist her soon-to-be husband with a screen-printing business. Erin currently lives in Aledo with her husband, Josh, of 8 years. They share three children, Garrett, Everly, and Aubrey.
Erin joined our team in 2016 with the aspiration of getting her real estate license. Erin’s main goal is to provide a quick and smooth process whether you are buying or selling your home.

Jessica Ellis
SOCIAL MEDIA & AD COORDINATOR
Jessica has an eye for design and branding. She joined our team in 2018. Since then she has been in charge of all social media, including posting graphics, scheduling ads, keeping up with the website and more. When she is not working, she is chasing around her two young sons Axl and Coen.
Keith Etheridge
CLIENT SERVICES
Keith Etheridge is the husband of Teresa Hill Etheridge. Keith is retired after 32 years of service with the Kroger Distribution Center in Keller, Texas. He has lived in Keller for over 30 years. Keith and Teresa share four daughters and six grandchildren. Keith is over client services for Teresa Hill Team. Some of his services include lock box installation, courier services, assisting in meeting contractors, and anything the team may need. Keith works hand in hand and heart and heart with Teresa.
